Booking & Scheduling
- All single sessions, memberships and packages must be purchased through the Via Ripa Pilates app.
- Clients must book sessions in advanced, walk-ins are not permitted.
- There is a 10 minute grace period to class, clients arriving more than 10 minutes will not be admitted to class and the session will be forfeited.
- Please allow time for parking, either on street or in parking lot. Download "mPay2Park+" app for your convenience.
Cancelation Policy
- 24-hour notice for all sessions required for cancelations or rescheduling to avoid being charged. An emergency or illness related cancelation will be considered.
- Clients who miss sessions without canceling will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the session in full.
Package & Membership Expiration
- All packages have an expiration date, please advise upon purchasing.
- Memberships do not expire and recur monthly.
Grip Sock Requirement
- Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety during all classes.
- Available for purchase at the studio.
Health & Safety
- Clients must inform instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class.
- Clearance from a medical professional may be required in certain conditions.
Membership Policies
Auto-Renewal
All monthly memberships are set to auto-renew for your convenience.
Membership Freeze
Clients may pause their membership once per year for up to 30 days. To pause your membership, please email: hello@viaripapilates.com at least 7 days in advance.
Billing Updates & Cancelation
To update your billing information or to cancel your membership, you may do so through the Via Ripa Pilates app or by emailing: hello@viaripapilates.com.
Studio Etiquette
- Phones must be silenced and not used during class. No filming while class is in session.
- Clients should wear clean, form fitting clothing appropriate for movement, avoid fragrance, jewelry and loose hair.
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early, classes have prompt start and end times.
- Proper cleaning of the equipment after each use is required. A non-toxic soap and eucalyptus solution is provided to sanitize.
Instructor Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute instructors without prior notice in the event of illness or scheduling conflicts.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and are non-refundable.
Waiver Requirement
All clients must sign a release of liability waiver before participating in any session. The waiver will be provided through the Via Ripa Pilates app and must be completed prior to your first visit.
Pre-requisite for New Students
For those new to Pilates and equipment, we require a minimum of 4 private sessions before entering group classes. The purpose of this is designed to introduce you to the Pilates method safely and effectively. These one-on-one sessions ensure you gain a clear understanding of proper form, equipment use, breath, and principles, giving you the confidence and education needed to progress with intention.
